Payment at Animal Care Alliance

Pets are family

At Animal Care Alliance, we believe every pet deserves quality healthcare and every pet owner should have access to the care they want for their beloved companions. To support this vision, we’ve partnered with financial service providers like CareCredit, Varidi, and VetBilling to offer flexible payment solutions tailored to meet the needs of pet owners. These partnerships allow clients to choose from a variety of payment plans, making it easier to manage the costs associated with their pet’s medical care.

CareCredit offers a credit card option specifically for healthcare expenses, while Varidi provides installment-based payments with no credit check, making it accessible for all.

VetBilling brings a unique approach by allowing pet owners to set up interest-free payment plans directly through our office, ensuring that high-quality care remains affordable.

By working with these financial service providers, we’re reducing barriers and making essential veterinary care accessible to more families in our community. We understand that financial constraints should not come between pets and the care they need, and we’re committed to finding solutions that keep pets healthy and owners stress-free.

Payments can be made  with cash, debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover), Venmo and Apple Pay.

If you have a question about payment or need more options, call us at (765) 488-2444. Our staff can help with payment planning or take payment over the phone. See additional ways to pay below

We also have a page dedicated  to saving money on non-vet costs of pet ownership

Other financial options to consider:

  1. Asking your friends or family to co-sign for Care Credit. Putting down a deposit can result in higher approval ratings.
  2. Ask your friends or family to Venmo you money and you can then pay your bill with us via Venmo. You can also ask them to make donations directly to our clinic. Many people prefer giving directly to our a clinic rather than a Go Fund Me.
  3. Waggle: Submit your pets story and they post on their page to begin raising funds for you to come directly to our clinic for your pet’s care. We’ll share on our social media too.
  4. Ask us for a list of charitable organizations that you can apply to for possible funds.
  5. Consider signing up for pet insurance. Here is a link to help you choose the right option for you: Canine Journal's Annual Pet Insurance Review.
